Merchant and scope
This store is operated as D & G Photography LLC, registration 20221646026, at the address shown in the company details. Its catalogue is limited to physical photo albums and picture frames. No photography session, printing service, digital download or camera sale is offered here. The Selection Guide assists comparison but does not replace the specific measurements on a product page. Do not send original photographs for fitting or mounting.
Product information and availability
Read the material, usable page or print dimensions, outer dimensions and chosen finish before adding an item. Monitor settings and lighting can affect color appearance. The artwork visible in frame photographs illustrates how a frame can be used; no separate art print is included. We do not claim conservation certification, a particular historical origin or independent warehouse verification. If a description contains a material error or an item cannot be supplied, we explain it and let you choose whether to proceed, choose an agreed alternative or cancel before preparation.
Requests, confirmation and payment
A successful checkout produces an order reference and begins a request-review process. It does not automatically charge you or send an order email. We contact you to confirm requested items, the total and payment arrangements. Payment after confirmation may be made by USD bank transfer using instructions supplied directly for that order. Never put financial credentials in a form or send a transfer in response to unverified changed instructions. We do not replace goods or change a payable total without your agreement.
Pricing and delivery
All amounts are USD and include applicable tax in both merchandise and displayed shipping charges. Shipping is $7.95 for a merchandise subtotal below $125.00 and $0.00 at or above $125.00. Preparation is 2–3 business days after payment confirmation; transit is 3–7 additional business days, an estimated total of 5–10. Destinations are street addresses in the contiguous US and DC only. Saturdays, Sundays and US federal holidays do not count as business days. The Shipping Policy explains address changes, delays and missing parcels.
Returns and problems
A change-of-mind return can be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Standard unused goods must be complete and resalable; do not permanently mount prints in an album if you may return it. The prepaid change-of-mind label costs $7.95, deducted from the refund, and the restocking fee is $0.00. Defective, damaged or incorrect goods have a separate no-charge return process. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method within 7 business days after return receipt and inspection. Read the Returns Policy for the postal address and exceptions.
Responsible use and limitations
Do not misuse the forms, submit somebody else’s personal information without authority, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with site operation. Keep your reference private and contact us promptly if you spot an error in your details. Product care and suitable wall fixings remain important for safe use; no general claim of permanent fade prevention is made. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Information about an external complaint authority is not a certification of this shop.
Information and disputes
The Privacy and Cookie policies explain a 12-hour absolute session, a 180-calendar-day consent preference and 365-calendar-day order-request retention with request-triggered cleanup. Contact us first with the order reference and a clear description of the outcome you seek. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Unresolved consumer concerns may be raised with the Colorado Attorney General at https://coag.gov/file-complaint/ or the FTC at https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/. Applicable mandatory rights remain available regardless of this contact-first process.
