How order-request information is used, retained and protected by D & G Photography LLC.
Information collected by this store
Checkout asks for your name, email, telephone, street address, city, state, ZIP code, agreement and optional order notes. The cart records product choices and quantities. A saved request contains those details, an order reference, submission time and the calculated USD totals. A necessary browser session supports cart continuity, form security and duplicate-submission handling. Do not send private photograph collections, passwords, payment-card numbers, bank credentials or government identification through checkout notes.
Purposes and sharing
We use the supplied details to review a request, respond about availability and payment arrangements, organize an agreed delivery and deal with support or returns. Information needed for an agreed shipment can be shared with the delivery provider. Hosting and necessary technical support may handle data to operate the site. We do not use optional analytics or advertising trackers, sell personal information through this storefront or claim integrations with advertising platforms. We do not send automated order emails from this checkout.
Session and record retention
The store session has an absolute lifetime of 12 hours from creation, not a rolling inactivity period. It holds cart choices, the checkout draft, security values and the last order reference. Expired sessions are reset on a later request. Saved order-request records are retained for 365 calendar days from submission. Expired files are removed when a subsequent site request runs cleanup; deletion is not promised at an exact scheduled hour. These website records are separate from payment or accounting records that applicable law may require a business to retain longer.
Your choices and requests
Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, identifying the order reference where available. We aim to acknowledge privacy requests within 2 business days and address them within 30 calendar days, subject to necessary identity checks and applicable law. Provide only what is needed to locate the record; we will not ask for a password or a complete payment credential. We explain if a request cannot be completed because information must be retained for a legal obligation or an unresolved transaction.
Browser storage and security
The necessary session cookie is HTTP-only and uses a secure flag on HTTPS with SameSite=Lax. A separate store-specific local-storage preference remembers an explicit cookie choice for up to 180 calendar days. Both consent choices currently permit necessary functionality only. Clearing browser data removes the local preference and can remove session access, but it does not by itself erase a previously submitted server record. We use restricted private storage for order requests; no system can promise absolute protection against every incident.
Email, children and external sites
Direct email and telephone communication occurs through the services you choose, not through a hidden contact-form sender. Do not submit information about children or sensitive personal matters that is unnecessary for an order. This general retail site is not directed to children under 13. Links to official complaint resources or other external websites follow their own privacy practices.
