Payment Policy
Checkout sends an order request. Payment is arranged after the items and total have been confirmed.
What happens at checkout
Add listed products and quantities to the cart, enter contact and delivery details and submit the request. A successful submission shows a real order reference. We then contact you to confirm requested availability, the delivery address and the amount. Sending the request does not debit an account, place a card authorization or establish a paid shipment date. Do not put card numbers, bank credentials or payment instructions in the order notes.
Payment methods after confirmation
Following confirmation, payment can be arranged by a bank transfer in USD using instructions supplied directly for the confirmed order. We do not publish bank account details on this website, operate an embedded card processor or claim an integrated payment provider. If you receive changed bank instructions or an unexpected demand, verify it using the telephone or email in our company details before transferring funds. Never rely solely on an unsolicited message that claims to update an account.
Prices and the amount due
All prices are in US dollars. Displayed merchandise prices and shipping charges include applicable tax; no separate tax amount is added at checkout. Shipping is $7.95 below a $125.00 merchandise subtotal and $0.00 from $125.00. The cart calculates this from the listed products. No handling, request-submission or payment surcharge is added by this site. A change in quantity or requested product changes the merchandise total and may change the shipping threshold. We explain any correction before payment rather than silently collecting a different amount.
Timing and order review
Do not transfer money before the requested items and total have been confirmed. Preparation takes 2–3 business days after payment confirmation, followed by an estimated 3–7 business days in transit. We do not promise that a transfer will clear at a particular hour or that a request reserves externally verified inventory. If an item cannot be supplied, you may decline an alternative. No substitution is made solely because it has a similar color or price.
Payment difficulties and refunds
If you think you paid twice or used the wrong reference, contact us with the order reference, payment date and amount, not a full bank statement or credentials. We review the payment record before requesting another transfer. Approved refunds go back through the original payment method, not compulsory store credit. We process a qualifying returned-goods refund within 7 business days after receipt and inspection. The Returns Policy states which shipping charges are refunded and the fixed $7.95 change-of-mind return-label deduction; defective-goods return carriage is $0.00.
Information and complaints
The shopping site retains order-request records for 365 calendar days from submission and removes expired records during subsequent site requests, not by an hourly background process. Data in separately agreed payment records may be subject to applicable accounting requirements; this checkout does not collect bank credentials. Ask about a payment concern through [email protected] and include the reference. You can also report suspected unfair or deceptive practices to the Federal Trade Commission at https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/. A complaint does not waive rights available under applicable law.
